The Blue House is a scheme that we’re extremely excited about and has been been granted planning permission. This scheme brings an unloved piece of land into use as a micro home. Forming part of an ongoing body of work looking at methods of revitalising the overlooked plots around the city, this scheme will provide a single residence of 55sqm.

Youngman Lovell worked with alma-nac Architects (alma-nac.com) to design this single storey home and successfully gained planning permission. Peckham is a culturally diverse and colourful neighbourhood and we wanted that to be reflected in our design. Our vision is to always make our projects relevant to their surroundings.
