Youngman Lovell is working with NOTION+ and has obtained outline planning for seventeen units in the town of Northwood, Isle of Wight.

They are truly environmentally conscious, being carbon neutral and feature a 10 KWH solar system with backup batteries, ensuring that it operates efficiently with minimal impact on the environment.

The properties will be equipped with triple-glazed windows and rely on an air source heat pump for hot water and heating, as well as a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system.
