This delightful maisonette flat occupies the upper floors of a handsome Victorian House on a quintessentially Victorian Street in South Clapham. Youngman Lovell were instructed by the new owner to replace and reconfigure the existing kitchen with a new bespoke design that made better use of the limited space.

The flat originally had one family bathroom to serve three bedrooms and our client was keen to add an additional bathroom to the property. YL designed an ensuite shower room for the master bedroom with rare limestone and a bespoke shower enclosure to meet the client’s needs.
