Youngman Lovell est une maison de design basée à Londres. Le cabinet est co-fondé et dirigé par les frères Harry et Charlie Lovell, et se concentre principalement sur les projets résidentiels et commerciaux privés.
Youngman Lovell est un arrière-arrière-grand-père des frères et était la première génération de cinq à travailler dans l'immobilier et le design. Par conséquent, ils pensaient qu'il convenait seulement de retirer leurs casquettes en reconnaissance de leur lignée.
Vision

Ils y parviennent en appliquant leur expertise dans une gamme de services, notamment l'architecture et le design d'intérieur, la planification, la gestion de projet et le développement.
Youngman Lovell a récemment dévoilé des maisons modulaires qui sont à l'avant-garde des plans pour l'avenir de l'entreprise qui s'alignent sur leurs valeurs de vie durable et de beau design.

Harry Lovell
Harry a quitté l'université avec un BSc Hons in Business Management et a immédiatement cofondé la société de vêtements Beaufort and Blake qu'il a vendue en 2018 pour poursuivre le rêve de créer une maison de design de pointe à l'esprit durable. Il a récemment terminé avec succès un programme d'études, conçu par l'Institut de leadership en durabilité dans la gestion de la durabilité des entreprises de l'Université de Cambridge, pour développer davantage ses références en tant que chef d'entreprise durable et explorez plus avant les avantages des maisons modulaires .

Charlie Lovell
Charlie a étudié à la célèbre et respectée Inchbald School of Design, avant de décrocher un emploi chez De Salles Flint en tant que concepteur architectural. Cette fois lui a donné une chance de se faire les dents dans l'industrie de la conception hôtels, résidences haut de gamme et commerces de détail dans le monde entier qui ont mis en place une rampe de lancement solide pour devenir directeur créatif chez Youngman Lovell.

Harry co-founded Youngman Lovell after successfully building and selling the clothing brand Beaufort & Blake. With a BSc Hons in Business Management, he brought his entrepreneurial experience into the built environment, driven by a vision to create a design-led, sustainably minded development company.
Committed to advancing sustainability in construction, Harry completed the Business Sustainability Management program at Cambridge University’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
Working closely with Tim, he leads Youngman Lovell’s business strategy, design direction, and the integration of sustainability and modern methods of construction.
Charlie brings a strong design background to Youngman Lovell, having studied at the renowned Inchbald School of Design before working as an architectural designer at De Salles Flint. His experience designing hotels, luxury residences, and retail spaces worldwide laid the foundation for his role as Creative Director.
At Youngman Lovell, Charlie leads the design vision, ensuring that each project balances aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. He plays a key role in shaping the company’s architectural identity, working alongside Harry and Tim to push the boundaries of modern construction.
Passionate about innovative design, Charlie continues to refine Youngman Lovell’s approach, blending contemporary architecture with sustainable materials and cutting-edge building techniques.
Tim plays a key role in the day-to-day management of Youngman Lovell, working on the company’s strategy, acquisitions, and stakeholder relations. He joined YL with over ten years of experience in London’s commercial property sector, overseeing site acquisitions and developments. His favourite project to-date includes the redevelopment of a 30,000 sqft. mixed-use scheme within a Grade II listed building.
Working closely with Harry, Tim drives innovation and operational efficiency, ensuring the integration of sustainable and MMC building methods with YL’s stakeholders. He was instrumental in delivering Youngman Lovell’s Innovate UK grant project, which resulted in one of the UK’s most sustainable homes, sequestering over 50 tonnes of CO₂.
Deeply involved in the company’s growth, Tim continues to shape Youngman Lovell’s project pipeline, foster strong partnerships, and advance its vision for innovative and sustainable development.
John is a Chartered Surveyor, with a career spanning over 45 years in Construction and Development. He joined the Lovell Board as Commercial Director in 2000 and held that position until 2015, when he moved into Operations to lead the company’s Major Projects team in bidding and delivery of several large and complex schemes.
Since stepping down from the Board, John has continued to work on a Part-Time basis, supporting the company’s endeavours in the area of Defence, whilst also being tasked with closing out several special projects, and providing advisory support and counsel to Youngman Lovell. Lovell are committed to fully embracing the Green Agenda and their “sponsorship” of Youngman Lovell through John’s deployment, evidences their keeness to explore new construction techniques & sustainable design. We have been delighted to enjoy John’s support in our past work, including our Barn House construction and our Carbon negative “Hemp House”, a Research and Development project under the Innovate-UK Government grant scheme.
