St Stephen's Gardens

Streamlined and sustainable, this three-bedroom Bayswater duplex for is a haven of considered design.

Minimalist leaning yet detail rich, this three-bedroom duplex apartment comes considered and contemporary. Brought to life by interior design studio Youngman Lovell, a focus on clean lines and organic textures pairs refined and reclaimed materials.

Arranged across the top floor, an inviting time-worn texture is woven through the open-plan kitchen, dining and reception room. Comprised of a diverse material palette, underfloor-heated reclaimed pine flooring brings warmth to polished plaster walls. Designed for effortless socialising, a bespoke Caesarstone-topped kitchen lines the wall, while a Travertine dining table sits opposite. Floor-to-ceiling glass floods light through the reception space, drawing back to connect a paved terrace with picturesque views.

An expansive skylight illuminates the descent to the lower floor, where a soothing palette and soft textures characterise three bedrooms. In the principal, pared-back hues instil a sense of calm while a York-stone hearth creates a focal feature for design. In the en suite bathroom, a Lusso stone shower and marble basin create an air of sophistication. Two further bedrooms are served by a spacious family bathroom, complete with a bathtub, overhead rain-fall shower and traditionally styled electric towel radiators.
